Our services

Support that meets you where you are.

Whether you're navigating grief, a major life change, or simply feeling lost — our counsellors offer a warm, professional space to help you find your way forward.

Individual counselling

A space that's entirely yours.

Individual counselling

Sometimes we carry things for so long that we forget what it feels like to put them down. Individual counselling gives you a private, confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences — without judgement, without pressure, and entirely at your own pace.

Sessions are held online via secure video call, making it easy to access support from the comfort of your own home. We work with a range of approaches including person-centred therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and integrative counselling — tailored to what works best for you.

Low mood, anxiety and overwhelm

You don't have to feel this way forever.

Low mood, anxiety and overwhelm

Anxiety, low mood, and a persistent sense of overwhelm are some of the most common reasons people seek counselling — and some of the most isolating. When everything feels heavy or your mind won't slow down, it can be hard to imagine things being different. But they can be.

I offer a calm, non-judgemental space to explore what's underneath those feelings — whether that's stress that's built up over time, something specific you're going through, or a low mood that's hard to explain. Together we can work at a pace that feels manageable, helping you understand your patterns and find a way through.

Grief support

Grief is not a problem to be solved.

Grief support

Losing someone or something we love can be one of life's most profound experiences. There is no right or wrong way to to grieve and no timeline you need to follow.  Our grief counsellors offer a compassionate, unhurried space where your loss is honoured, your feelings are heard and you can take things at your own pace.

We support people through bereavement, as well as the grief that can come with all kinds of endings - relationships, careers, identities and any other significant changes in life . You don't have to have everything figured out or even feel ready to "cope". You simply need to be ready to the step.

Life transitions

Change can be disorienting — even when it's welcome.

Life transitions

Major life changes — even positive ones — can leave us feeling unsettled, uncertain or unsure of what comes next. Divorce, redundancy, retirement, becoming a parent, or simply reaching a point where the life you've built no longer feels quite like your own can all bring unexpected emotions. Sometimes, having someone to talk to talk to can make all the difference.

Our counsellors offer a supportive, compassionate space to help you navigate times of change. Together, we can make sense of what you're leaving behind, explore what you want for the next chapter, and help you find the confidence and resilience to move forward - one page at a time.

Men's mental health

Strength includes asking for help.

Men's mental health

Men are often taught to push through, stay strong, and keep things to themselves. But carrying everything alone takes a toll — on your mood, your relationships, your sense of self. Counselling offers a private, judgement-free space to talk about what's really going on, at whatever pace feels right for you.

I work with men navigating a wide range of challenges — from stress, anger, and low mood to relationship difficulties, identity questions, and the pressure of expectations. You don't need to have the words ready or know exactly what you want to say. We can find that together.
